Real Estate auction is not for everyone. But for those who need us, we can provide a valuable service by bringing you a time defined closing. If you are a qualified and realistic seller that can list your property in our next ballroom auction, we will give you the best exposure available in our market.

If your situation is more critical and you absolutely need to sell your property in order to receive a check in 60 days, we can do that too.
